I called the Lennox number from Costco during the day when my air conditioner stopped working on a 30 degree plus day. That evening I had a message from Elaine! I phoned for an appointment and it was set up for the next morning. Roger arrived on time for our appointment and gave excellent advice, information, and a written quote. I compared the price with other companies and found it to be the lowest quote with the best quality.
I contacted Roger who answered my questions and said we would go ahead with the installation of the AC. I also had further contact with Elaine and found her to be extremely helpful. Between Roger and Elaine the installation of our AC was organized for the following day.
The installers were awesome!! They did their job well and answered all our questions. We appreciated their expertise.
